Shipping policy

• All general in stock orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Processing times does not include shipping time.
• Processing times might change without notice due to load shedding and high volume of orders during peak times. We do not take responsibility for delays caused by the chosen courier company, that is out of our control.
• Your Order will only be delivered to a valid address in South Africa, on business days between 08h00 and 16h00 and you, or the person accepting delivery on your behalf, may be requested to produce identification, when accepting the delivery of your Order.
• Two attempts will be made to deliver Your Order and should you fail, refuse or neglect to be available and accept the Order after 2 attempts, You may be liable for additional delivery charges or We may elect to cancel Your Order, in which event we will refund you the full transaction value less delivery charges already incurred and a reasonable administration charge.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges and carrier options for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please read the detailed description of the carrier option and provide the correct information to ensure a smooth delivery.

In-store pickup

Free pick up of your order at our premises. Pick up by appointment only to ensure someone is available. Pick up address and time will be sent to you via email to the email address you provide during checkout. Normal processing times apply.

Pick up is available from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 11:00. No pick up on weekends and public holidays.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within South Africa.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status on the chosen carrier website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@littletique.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to P.O boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns for items up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the order amount minus a R 20 banking cost fee and the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@littletique.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
